Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to be the Lead
Nurse for the Family Planning program which includes evaluating services, annual
and quarterly reports, Title X reporting and training requirements, and STI and
cervical cytology data reporting. This position also includes maintaining
compliance as the HIPPA control officer including policy/procedures as well as
staff HIPPA compliance training as required by the state. A BSN in nursing is
required and a Registered Nurse license or an associate degree in nursing and a
current NC Registered Nurse license with additional experience in nursing
assessment and negotiation/counseling skills. This position requires a current
driver's license, CPR and First Aid Certification. Applications are available on line
